Ice Trees

We had a weird snow, sleet storm at some point this past week. The next morning, the sky was as blue as can be (which is normal here 99.99% of the time). Matt & I were looking out our kitchen window into the backyard at the contrast of the icy branches of the trees. We both commented at almost the same time that it would be cool to take some photos of them. After Matt left for work, and Lochlan was happily eating his nummy oatmeal, I ran outside with the dogs and snapped some shots. I'm sharing them with you all, as they surprisingly came out much better than we ever would have thought!
