We have done lots of stuff this past week, but I haven't been taking any pictures! Bummer! We got a membership to the Y last week and have been going almost every single day since. Matt's been working out in the evenings, and I've been taking the kids during the day or Gavin with me in the evenings. I've been working out as well as doing the yoga and pilates classes there. They have an awesome child watch program there, so I've been taking the boys there while I have mama time. After I'm done, I've been taking Lochlan in the small pool for swimming. He loves it and especially loves watching the other kids play in the pool. Gavin could care less about swimming and is very happy playing with the cars and trains in the child watch room, so he gets to spend about 90 minutes in there everyday.
Aside from the Y, I've been teaching Gavin some yoga over the past few weeks and he's really digging it. I've taught him the following asana's: tree, downward facing dog, triangle, airplane, bridge, lion, pretzel, fish, mountain and plow. He loves them all, except for the plow. We have done yoga everyday over the past few weeks except for the few days he's been with his mom. I got him a great book called
My Daddy is a Pretzel and I have a kid's yoga dvd on hold at the library that I'm picking up this afternoon. I think if he watches other kids doing it, too, he'll like it even more!
Here's the start of the bridge pose:

He just left a few minutes ago to go to his mom's for the weekend, and will be back early Monday morning. Before he left (and after we were done with yoga), I took some fun shots of him in the living room. Enjoy and happy weekend!
